We accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks. See below for specific information.

If you would like to send payment by check, please send us an email with the item number or numbers that you wish to purchase as well as your address. We will reply with your total including shipping charges and taxes if applicable. We will ship your product or products after your check has cleared. We have a $20 charge for returned checks.

We ship via USPS or FedEx, whichever will be most cost effective for you. Our minimum shipping charge is $3.00 and will scale based on size and weight of the items that you order. Your shipping charges will show up in your shopping cart before you submit your purchase. Shipping charges are based on ground rates to the 48 contiguous states.

We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally! Please send us an email with the item that you are interested in and your postal code. We will then send you an email with the estimated shipping charges before we send you an invoice.

For items purchased in the state of Colorado, we must charge 3.7% sales tax. No sales tax exists for purchases in any other state.

If you are unhappy with your Twig Soup product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be returned in the original saleable condition. We will then give you a refund or exchange, whichever is your preference.

We have a 6-year warranty on all clock movements. If your clock stops working and you've already reviewed how to change the battery and set the clock in our Product Information page, please contact us for repair information.

We will not share your personal information with any third parties. Our shopping cart uses an encryption method to ensure that your information reaches us and only us. We have no access to your personal information unless you submit it to us via a purchase or by an information request.

We may use your submitted information to send you periodic updates regarding new merchandise, specials and other useful information.

Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on TwigSoup.com. Display of an item on TwigSoup.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.
